Looking for a copywriter with passion and flair? You’ve come to the right place.
Hi, I’m Dayle. I’ve had a love for writing and storytelling for as long as I can remember. Entertaining and informing people has always been important to me, so I’m lucky that I’ve been able to pursue these passions into my professional career. As I’m still studying, I’ve made it my mission to gain as much experience as possible before graduation in 2021. I might not know it all just yet, but I will always push myself to try new things and improve every single day.
I’m a 21-year-old writer and editor studying at the University of Wollongong. I’ve completed a Bachelor of Creative Arts (Creative Writing) and I’m currently studying towards a Bachelor of Communications and Media Studies (Digital and Social Media). In the last few years, I’ve completed multiple internships and have been working has a freelance writer and digital marketing assistant. Want to learn more? Click here.

In the last few years, I’ve gained a lot of experience with companies from Wollongong, Sydney, and Brisbane.
Chattr is a Sydney-based media company which focuses on bringing entertaining and informative articles to their young adult audience. I started writing for Chattr in June of 2018 focusing on entertainment writing. In March of 2019, I was promoted to sub-editor before being promoted once again to deputy editor in February of 2020. I’ve since stepped down from my role as editor to pursue personal projects, however I still occasionally write for them.
You can view my entire author profile here, however I’ve included some of my favourite articles below.
Boost IT is a small business which focuses on IT and website services. There are offices located in Brisbane and Sydney, however my role as a digital marketing assistant and copywriter allows me to work from home. I began as an intern with Boost IT in November of 2019 before being put on as a casual employee two weeks later. My role has a large focus on social media marketing, copywriting, content writing, email newsletters, and editing. The majority of my content for Boost IT focuses on digital marketing or website related resources which is of benefit to small business owners or office managers.
While my articles aren’t credited to me personally, some of my posts are included down below.
I was an intern with the South Coast Writers Centre from March 2019 until April 2020. In my time at SCWC, I was a communications intern focusing on social media and website updates. Despite leaving the writers centre earlier this year, I still work with them from time to time, including taking photographs for their social media as well as a potential upcoming project.
Be sure to follow the South Coast Writers Centre on Instagram or Facebook to see those images being posted within the coming weeks.
While clicking through my website, you’ll find a wide variety of content. Majority of the posts you’ll find centre around my university degree, but you’ll also come across some entertaining or informative posts on my blog. When COVID-19 hit, I realised that I needed to have a platform to create content on which wasn’t dependant on others, which is why I started utilising my own blog.
Take a look some of my posts below.
